Predicting How Tall Your Child Will Be
To estimate future height for a child aged 4 to 17.5, this height calculator uses the Khamis-Roche method, combining the child's current height and weight with the average of both parents' heights. The result includes a typical expected range of about ±5 cm, which is why it is best described as a height predictor that gives a realistic estimate rather than an exact guarantee.
For children outside that age range, the calculator falls back to the parents-only mid-parental height formula. No height predictor is 100 percent accurate, because adult height depends on genetics, nutrition, and health, so treat the answer as a well-informed height estimator for how tall will I be or how tall my child is likely to become.
